Expanding Consciousness and Congruency

Higher consciousness, expanding consciousness and spirituality is often oversimplified or misunderstood, and dare I say, treated as a “trend” rather than EMBODIED expansion, having many go around in circles or (unintentionally) using their spiritual practice as a form of tolerating and soothing - leaving many feeling stuck.
